Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, Silveroak will be transformed into an aerobics centre, inclusive of pumping loud music and a hot instructor in jeans. I have yet to join in one of the sessions. Erwin has agreed to join me in the next one..hehe. Roxy (PAT's dog) occasionally joins in as well.
